As you can see, my nose had all the bad factors: an 'upturned nose,' 'short nose,' and 'low nose.' (Before surgery, the director said) "I cannot make you a sharp, prominent nose. If we raise the nose too sharply, there will not be enough skin that needs to come down under the nose. All I can do is make it as nice as possible. Because there will be a shortage of skin, I have no choice but to make it slightly more like a feminine nose. It is a difficult nose to operate on, but... I will try to do as much work as I can." (After surgery, the director said) "If your original nose had been just a little longer, I could have made a much better nose... That is really unfortunate. It cannot be helped. If I had raised it any more from here, it would have looked very obvious." Honestly, I do not look like I had my nose raised at all... and I am satisfied. It looks completely natural.. None of my friends know I had surgery. They did not notice even after seeing me. hahaha
