The photo above is my eyes normally. The one below is when I open my eyes wide with force. When I try to open my eyes wide, both inner eye corners near the nose tend to lift upward.. My eyes are shaped quite unusually. They look droopy, but to be precise, it’s not that the outer eye corners are drooping. The upper skin at the outer ends of the eyes is sagging, so they look droopy. If I lift the skin and look at the actual outer eye corners inside, they’re actually quite upturned So I feel like if I get double eyelid surgery, the outer corners of my eyes will look lifted, and it may look unnatural even when I smile. So I’m thinking of getting lateral canthoplasty and trying to lower the outer eye corners.. Of course, I’m also considering epicanthoplasty. I want it to look natural, but I’m 20 now and I’m going to the military next February, so I’m planning to do it as soon as vacation starts. I also feel like my eye length is short, so I’m thinking of doing both epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty. What would be better?
