A nose with the columella extended and height raised using septal cartilage... It's now day 46. I know it still won't move yet, but... It's so uncomfortable when I smile... I've also finished orthodontic treatment, and my mouth is in too much... When I smile, I look completely like an old witch.. The nasal tip doesn't move... and it becomes arrow-shaped... Is it right that it becomes arrow-shaped because the nasal tip doesn't move? Later, when the nasal tip starts moving, it won't look like an arrow, right? Please give me an answer...
