I got it done with L-shaped silicone in Apgujeong for 1.3 million won.. And!!!!!!!!!! For the nasal tip, I was going to use cartilage <we had agreed on ear cartilage right up until just before surgery>, but they said my cartilage was spread apart, so they only tied the nasal tip.. They didn't use cartilage,, Would it have been prettier if I had used ear cartilage? These days I'm thinking about revision surgery..
