I cannot even sleep because of my nose surgery. I had consultations, but I absolutely cannot decide. One place says they will do it with an open approach, and another says they will do it with a closed approach. The open approach place is good at short noses, you know? But they also suggested covering it with AlloDerm. Even if an open approach is sutured really well, does it leave a scar? And is it better not to use AlloDerm? It is ㅇ ㄷ ㅁ in Cheongdam and the 1 x 1 hospital across from it. Which one would be better?
