It's been about 10 days since I had non-incisional double-eyelid surgery~ I think the line is still settling, so I'm not sure yet, but before surgery the doctor said my eyes were ambiguous in terms of whether to remove fat or not, and said we should just not remove it~ Usually when I wake up in the morning, my eyes swell easily, so I wanted to ask them to remove it, but according to the doctor, swelling and fat are unrelated. Since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I was a bit nervous, so I just did what the doctor told me to do~ But what I regret now is that the skin above the double-eyelid line looks a bit thick, so it feels like eyes that only have a double-eyelid line~ When I asked the nurse while getting the stitches removed, she said it seemed like the swelling hadn't gone down enough, but I still regret wondering if I should have had some fat removed~ I'm curious whether it will really get a bit better once the swelling goes down, or whether I can remove only the fat even now~
