The consultation with the manager and staff was detailed and kind. The doctor’s consultation was very high-handed and authoritarian. I understand well that they have pride, but even though the consultation wasn’t that long, during the roughly 10 minutes, every time I asked a question, the attitude felt like, “You call that a question?” and my desire to get the procedure completely disappeared. I had actually visited with the intention of getting the procedure right after the consultation, but I left without doing it.
