My nose and ear still both hurt. How long will it keep hurting? Some sensation has returned to the nasal bridge, but the columella between the nostrils still has no sensation, and it stings when I touch it. My ear is the same, so I can’t sleep lying on my side. At 25 days, can I assume most of the swelling has gone down? My nose is huge
