It’s Been a Little Over a Week Now~!!

I had the bridge and tip of my nose done with ear cartilage, and had the bone shaved a bit.. That front-view photo is how I look now. I still don’t think there’s much of a line from the front. My front view was originally really flat, so.. Most of the swelling is almost gone, but I don’t know if a line will appear -0- From the front, it doesn’t show at all; only the nasal tip and nostrils show a little, and it just looks strange. I want it higher than it is now, but honestly, this photo came out like this because it was taken well, and I don’t think it’s very high. It’s just like I got a nasal bridge compared with my original nose? They say swelling goes down for up to 6 months, so will it look too unnoticeable for me then? They said they’d give me filler injections for free. Should I get them? They say there’s a filler that lasts over 10 years~ no, that doesn’t disappear at the clinic. They say the new one that came out definitely doesn’t disappear. They said they’d supplement it with that if I want, after seeing later~ Um.. right now it’s a little okay, but if the swelling goes down more and it gets even smaller than now, I don’t think I’ll be satisfied. Um.. does swelling definitely go down more than this? .. I’m debating whether I should get the injection Oh, and after nose surgery I couldn’t wipe the nose area, so I’ve only been wiping with oil-blotting paper, and the sebum is no joke How should I deal with this..
