The top one is before The next one is after surgery The last photos are after applying eyeliner and mascara. These photos aren't close-ups, so they look okay, but if you see them up close in person, it's still sausage eyelids.. Especially depending on the light, it can look completely weird or look okay.. Do you know what kind of phenomenon this is?!! The lines are uneven too, so I'm thinking about revision surgery. It should be okay to redo just one side, right?.. ugh
