I went in really not knowing anything, but they explained everything very kindly and well, and compared with other clinics, the waiting time wasn't that long, so that was nice. And more than anything, I was really scared and worried about getting nose surgery, but the doctor explained things step by step, so I felt I could trust them. I'm thinking I might probably have surgery here.
