I booked with the representative director and went for a consultation. I think I waited about 30 minutes. The director's explanation was kind and detailed, so that was good. He explained while I looked in the mirror using cotton swabs. The consultant was also kind, and there was truly zero pressure to book. I went in tired, so I couldn't ask many questions, but they carefully told me what I needed to know first.
