I had eye revision surgery I went because I wanted dramatic eyes, almost an outline crease, and I think they set a semi-outline crease. At first, the line came out dramatic and nice, and the upper epicanthoplasty was okay too. But since I have sunken eyes, the double eyelid became a bit thinner I think skin characteristics are important too. If you want a dramatic look, I think a forehead lift + double eyelid surgery is the right combination. They do a good job here without complications from the canthoplasty
