It’s been about 7 years, and I got thigh liposuction and had it done down to the line under the buttocks too After surgery, the buttock fat did lose some elasticity. But my leg line is still maintained. Of course, it might be because I didn’t gain much weight, lost 5 kg after surgery, and managed it well. But I guess there’s no helping the loss of elasticity in the inner thighs
