I was originally only going to do my forehead, but they said if I did my forehead, I should do my nose too so the side profile would connect, so I did my nose together yesterday. For my nose, unlike other people, it isn't packed with cotton or my nostrils blocked or anything like that. They reduced my nostril wings a little, shaved down the nasal dorsum, and raised it slightly so it wouldn't be obvious. There really is a clear difference in the side profile. Since the nasal tip is lifted, you can't tell from the front, but from the side or 45 degrees, the feeling is definitely... different. My nose was originally on the higher side, so the doctor had said I didn't necessarily have to do it, but I can definitely feel the change in the nasal tip. For my forehead, I had silicone inserted, so I have a blood drain in right now, and I'm going to empty the blood bag in a bit. They said they'll remove the blood bag tomorrow and take off the bandage the day after. Sigh I was also in a situation where they couldn't put me under deep anesthesia (my pulse suddenly shot up and everything got chaotic), so I regained consciousness and felt everything as they cut, dissected, and ground, and toward the end even the local anesthesia wore off, so it hurt when they stitched my nose. I cried and cried. Because I felt so miserable.
