Even if I set the nasal bridge aside, they say they’ll put dermis in the nasal tip... On top of that, many people put dermis in the nasal bridge, but if dermis is put in the nasal tip, will it also be absorbed a lot in the same way? And even if it doesn’t get absorbed, I’m worried my nose will become too blunt-looking... The doctor says my nose is very short, so putting in dermis would look the most natural, but sigh.. What should I do? Should I just ask for something else, or would it be better to cancel the surgery altogether?
