It’s been 3 years.. My nose is short, so to lengthen it I added Medpor inside the nose, and at the tip I used septal cartilage. I hate that the tip looks obvious like a mannequin. I also hate that when I smile, the columella drops down and doesn’t move. The line is pretty, but it looks obviously operated on Has anyone removed it like I’m thinking of doing??? I’ve heard that if you take it out, the nose will collapse, and I’ve also heard it’ll be fine.. I’m scared. Please help.
