Taking the photos down.. (revision rhinoplasty + epicanthoplasty + under-eye aegyo)

It's been about a month since my revision rhinoplasty.. I had 4 mm silicone put in, and the nasal tip is AlloDerm.. It was done with a closed approach.. The revision surgery cost 1.8 million won.. The revision price was a burden, so I deliberately went somewhere inexpensive.. I had the epicanthoplasty done at the same time as the nose surgery.. I don't really know how many millimeters they cut.. But at first they cut way too much, so I couldn't go outside for a month. I cried a lot too.. Now it has become much more natural and has attached somewhat, but still, I think my previous eyes looked younger and gentler, so I'm considering restoration surgery.. The price was 500,000 won.. I got the aegyo injection a few days ago.. Was it 3 days ago?? Because of the epicanthoplasty, I looked older and harsher, so I got it, and it still comforted me a lot compared with when I had only done the epicanthoplasty.. I look a bit younger and a bit gentler.. It was an injection treatment with Restylane.. The cost was 300,000 won.. Since I had it done at the same place as my nose surgery and epicanthoplasty, I understand I got it cheaply.. I understand the original cost is around 500,000 to 800,000 won// It stings a little when injected.. tears streaming down.. Fortunately, I don't have bruising or swelling, but they say it differs by person.. The photos are all after both the nose surgery and epicanthoplasty.. Only the first photo was taken not long after surgery, so I look really harsh.. The last photo is my side profile.. My nose was originally a bit upturned.. I regret not making it a little longer during nose surgery.. Oh!! Please look at my mouth.. I do have a protruding mouth, right? And that photo is actually a good side-profile shot, but my side profile is completely strange.. What do you think if I fix it?
