I really want to stop anyone thinking about revision surgery I had revision surgery + ptosis correction a week ago and I really miss the eyes I had before, when they looked sleepy and lacking strength. I should have just lived with them... I had a lot of extra skin around my eyes, so I thought I’d be fine even after 3 revision surgeries. Oh my god! The doctor actually cut everything out without even discussing it, so the outer corners of my eyes are gone too, and I’m walking around scaring people like a startled rabbit. The line is already too thin, as if all the swelling has gone down. I’m wearing glasses, but even my younger brother can’t tell I had surgery... Before, it was a bit thick, but my family all said it looked like my own eyes, and my boyfriend didn’t notice either. The only thing was that I didn’t want to hear anymore that I looked sleepy, and after living with that for 10 years, I suddenly got the urge last week and went through with it. I regret it 100 bowls’ worth. And every time I open my eyes, this unnatural feeling that the skin is fixed at one certain point. It really makes me nauseous. If it weren’t for this feeling, I could somehow endure it and live with it, but now I can’t even have another revision... If I do another revision, my eyebrows and eyes look like they’ll be stuck together like best friends Does this feeling when opening the eyes go away over time? Or do I need to receive another treatment? Please help...
