From day 5 to day 8 after nose surgery.. (photos removed.. once it settles again…

More than anything, I love that from the front it doesn’t look obvious that I had surgery.. ( Of course it will get slimmer going forward...^-------^V ) Like my own nose... hehe I hope everyone becomes prettier~~~ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ In my case, my nostril wings were rather round and spread out sideways... So they inserted septal cartilage into the nostril wings too to build support, and the doctor said it was a tricky construction job... lol Using costal cartilage, the nasal tip was raised 5 mm, the nasal bridge was refined with silicone, 2 mm autologous fat in the glabella... And they called it noble nose surgery, so they put a small Gore-Tex piece under the philtrum so my mouth would look tucked in. Since there is a procedure to tie the chin for mild protruding mouth, I also had my chin tied and set back about 3 mm. I really like that my mouth looks tucked in... I had the stitches removed today, so the swelling is still quite significant... After this weekend, I go back to work from the 8th.. There are still 5 days left, so by then I think the swelling will go down and I’ll be able to go to work looking pretty... I know it’s still a little early, but I wanted to hear what everyone here thinks, so I’m uploading the photos.. Before surgery, I asked the doctor online.. why do you use chest cartilage.. Then the doctor said...... ------------------------------------------------------------ I had also thought of chest cartilage as a last resort and had used it that way. However, after performing many surgeries, I learned that using autologous cartilage such as chest cartilage gives very good results in rhinoplasty, and I upgraded the surgery so that it can be harvested and used through a small incision with only minimal traces, without taking a large amount. It is like people who have not climbed Mount Everest deciding in advance that it is not a place humans should go.
