A very long time ago, I had surgery with silicone or Gore-Tex (I don’t even remember) + nasal tip cartilage, but my nasal bridge became inflamed and thickened, and my nose started turning upward. So I had the implant removed and lived with only cartilage supporting the nasal tip. Honestly, even living like that, no one said my nose looked strange, but my family said my nose looked very upturned. Still, my eyes stood out more and I was often told I looked young. But I thought I could never be free for the rest of my life from the way my nostrils looked lifted, so I made a big decision and had revision surgery, hoping the nasal angle would come down in a re~~~~~~~ally natural and normal way. (Nasal tip ear cartilage + lowering the nose with ear cartilage + reinforcing the pinched area with ear dermis) I wanted an extremely natural result, so my goal was only to lower the nasal angle so that no one would notice even a little, so please keep that in mind~! But after the nose surgery, it feels so awkward with my short midface, and my cute image completely disappeared It’s true that I look more mature and my facial features look more refined, but the individuality, cuteness, and the way my eyes used to look bigger are gone Is it still too early to judge this?? My nose used to be abnormal, but I’m so confused because I feel like that nose may have suited my face after all The nose itself is healing really well and the swelling is going down. I’m currently on day 13 after surgery! I lived with an upturned contracted nose for almost 10 years and got used to makeup styles that suited it, so I’m wondering if I just feel awkward right now, or if there’s anyone who has the same concern as me..!!
