After under-eye fat repositioning, I had delayed bleeding, so yesterday they drained the blood and sutured it again. Today I feel a foreign body sensation and my vision looks blurry. Is this really okay? After having one complication, I’m scared for no reason. Other people say it’s an easy surgery, but I don’t think it is. I can’t even lower my head, and I’m living so uncomfortably.

룰루99 From what I felt, the foreign body sensation after surgery seemed to happen as the dissolvable sutures gradually started dissolving. When I gently wiped around the eyes with a sterile cotton swab, something like foreign material? would wipe off. How should I put it, like foreign material + eye discharge? Use some single-use artificial tears while doing it. The blurry vision could be because the eyeball? is swollen and dry, or it could be because debris is moving around and sticking to the cornea over the pupil. If you were given eye drops or artificial tears, use them properly, gently wipe with a cotton swab, and do cold compresses. After a few days it gets much better~~
