It’s been a little over 5 months since I had my nose done The surgery turned out satisfactorily For my nose, I had silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip I don’t have side effects or anything, but the nasal tip is hard I feel self-conscious when kissing, and also when someone tries to touch my nose So I’m thinking about removal But it was done with an open approach at first If it’s done with an open approach again for removal, will the scar be a bit more noticeable? And would it be okay to leave the nasal bridge as is and remove only the nasal tip cartilage? Lastly, if the cartilage is removed, can it go back to my previous soft nose?
