Eye correction, upselling upper epicanthoplasty? Please read my post

Other places didn’t mention ptosis correction, but only the place where I had my revision this time brought up ptosis correction. It feels like they were upselling it... Is it okay to have ptosis correction twice...? And they said the lines at the front of my eyes were different, and that because my eye shapes are different, I’d need upper epicanthoplasty for them to come out similarly...? I wanted a semi-out line, but they said I’d need upper epicanthoplasty to do a semi-out line, which made the cost way too expensive, so I just chose an in-out line. But on the day of surgery, upper epicanthoplasty was written down together. So the director quickly drew the lines and marked an epicanthoplasty, then suddenly told me to pay for the epicanthoplasty. I said I wouldn’t do it, but they didn’t revise the lines and just went into surgery as they were. I feel like I was upsold ptosis correction. Is that right? I definitely do not have ptosis. Or was it okay because they set the line high? And is it true that you need upper epicanthoplasty for the inner corners of the eyes to become similar...? I was going in for an in-out line in the first place... They told me to make an additional payment, so I said I’d do an in-out line. They went into surgery without revising the line. After surgery: They said the inner corners of my eyes are different because I didn’t do upper epicanthoplasty. The surgery ended in 20 minutes. I saw at least 2 other patients waiting for surgery during that time slot.
