After I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery before, my under-eye area became hollow, so while I was looking into fat grafting, I saw the side effects of fat grafting. Even though the surgery cost was expensive, I wanted to have surgery safely, so I had a dermal graft. I’m satisfied with it now. After seeing photos where regular fat grafting became lumpy and uneven, I lost the desire to do it. Most clinics recommended fat grafting, but around the eyes, it seems to have many side effects. I hope everyone looks into it carefully and thoroughly before having surgery!
