Summary: 70AA (74 cm) → 70A (78 cm) Midas Yongsan Branch (before integrated relocation) 4 aftercare sessions, 1 PRP boosting session Recovered well with no sensory abnormalities. My breasts were such a big complex for me that I was considering implants, but since it was my first cosmetic surgery, I was a bit scared. I also had almost no upper-breast volume, so I was worried the implants would be too visible, so I decided to do fat grafting first. It was a bit hard to go around for consultations, so I looked carefully through apps, checked events, and went for consultations. The price I originally saw on the app was cheaper, but they said that was the price for a different doctor. I had gone there to see the head director, so I hesitated a bit, but I paid the additional fee and had it done by the head director. I don’t remember exactly because of the stem cell extraction, but I think they used even my arms and removed over 1,000 cc. They put in the maximum amount on both sides, so 300 cc was injected. After engraftment, it didn’t feel like the volume itself had increased dramatically, but I could see that I had gained upper-breast volume. During the consultation, I said I wanted to fill out the upper breast and also mentioned that I was considering implants, so maybe that’s why they mainly filled the upper-breast area. I think about 50% engrafted. I heard that this is generally the case, and if it turns out well, it can be around 70%, so it was a bit disappointing, but I knew my breasts weren’t the kind that could be fixed in one session, so I was satisfied.
