I went for consultations about revision eye surgery and under-eye fat repositioning. At ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, they said my dark circles look darker more because of shadowing from fat than pigmentation, so I wouldn’t need fat grafting and should see results with repositioning alone. But at ㅇㅇting, they said I should do under-eye fat grafting together to see better improvement, so I’m conflicted. Honestly, I know the results can be better if I do fat grafting too, but since one place said I don’t necessarily need it, I’m wondering if it would be okay not to do it. For anyone here who had under-eye fat repositioning because the area looked dark from fat shadowing like me, did you also do fat grafting ..?
