I had double eyelid surgery here 5 years ago. When I consulted with the director, I felt that he had a pretty clear preference for what he pursued, but since the direction I wanted was similar, I decided to do it here. In conclusion, there is no obvious sign at all, and it turned out extremely natural with no side effects. If I had to name a downside, it would be that it is a bit too natural.
