I had buried suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty on December 31. Before going in, we didn't try setting the line, and I just trusted the doctor and did it, but after it was done, it turned out to be an out-fold line.. At first, they said the swelling would go down after about two weeks, so I diligently did warm compresses, but now about a month has passed and the sausage swelling really isn't going down..! Until about a week after surgery it went down a bit, but after that it's stayed the same.. What if it keeps not going down? I'm worried. My friend had incision double eyelid surgery at the same time, but after 3 days it didn't show at all.. I'm so upset I'm going to the hospital tomorrow to check whether it has settled well. What should I do? Do I need revision surgery?
