I had it done a really long time ago, as soon as I turned twenty, so I didn’t know much and just followed the clinic’s recommendation to use an L-shaped silicone implant for my nasal bridge and tip. But these days, apparently this isn’t a material they use anymore....? There’s also a very slight step-off on the nasal bridge (only I notice it, though..), and the nasal tip feels a bit upturned. At first it turned out so, so, so flashy that it didn’t suit my face at all, and my appearance complex got even worse. I don’t know if it became more natural over time or if I just got used to it, but anyway, it was a nose surgery with no design to speak of.... I’ve kept thinking about revision rhinoplasty, so I went for consultations before too, and they said L-shaped silicone implants absolutely have to be removed. Is that true? Or is it just a clinic sales tactic? Now I’ve really made up my mind to get revision surgery and I’m going to look into clinics again, so if anyone had revision surgery after using an L-shaped implant and is satisfied, please share your review. I’m thinking about Louvre and The Door for clinics. Even if it’s not those places, that’s fine. I want to know real reviews ~!~!

sheep수 That’s right, they don’t really use L-shaped implants these days People who had L-shaped implants do mostly seem to replace the silicone through revision surgery.
먐묨묨먕 I don’t know the details, but I did see that L-shaped silicone implants are barely used now because of side effects.
개헬파티다 That can cause changes in the nose shape, so I recommend changing it as soon as possible if you can I was like that too, so I got a consultation at Louvre, and they said there’s a slight bend....
1지지1 Yeah, they say L-shaped implants have a lot of side effects, so they don’t use them these days. I heard a lot of people who had them done in the past are changing them too.
