I had my chin and paranasal augmentation done together.. It’s day 3, and after taking out the pain-control device, it hurts a lot and is hard .. I had the surgery because I thought my chin was a bit short, and I did it with osteotomy. I was debating whether to do silicone, but did osteotomy instead. Was that the right thing to do? I don’t like it when it doesn’t look like I had surgery.. I want something a bit artificial-looking but pretty... Did I do the right thing? Sob sob
