Nerve Damage and Hair Loss at the Surgical Site After Forehead Surgery

July 23, 2008: First surgery → The implant was positioned only up to the middle of the forehead December 23, 2008: Second surgery Surgery to lower the implant After the second surgery, the shape of my forehead was uneven and bumpy, and my left eyebrow would not move. Around February 2009 and on April 27, 2009, I visited the hospital, but they did not provide any consultation or treatment regarding nerve damage or the shape of the implant. They told me to get a medical certificate and proceed legally. On May 12, I received a medical certificate from another plastic surgery clinic for implant removal, fat grafting, and outpatient treatment costs. (It said the estimated cost was 3.6 million won.) And today, after the electromyography test results came out, I was diagnosed with nerve damage. They said there is nerve damage on both sides of my forehead, and that the left side is worse. Also, at the incision area from the forehead surgery (about 9 cm), hair is barely growing. It has been 5 months since the revision surgery, and if it still looks like the photo, is there no hope? In that case, is there really no other method besides hair transplantation surgery.. My scalp is clearly exposed, so I can’t even go to the hair salon, and it’s hard to go out unless I cover it with a hat.. It’s so distressing... It was really difficult going to hospitals, getting tests, and receiving medical certificates, but I don’t know how to handle this going forward. If anyone has had symptoms or difficulties like mine after surgery, or if anyone has resolved them, please give me advice.
