Someone said it’s good to eat pumpkin porridge for the first few days, so for now I’ve been eating pumpkin porridge from yesterday through today’s lunch. It’s already getting a bit hard to eat. It’s not filling either lol Is the reason for eating pumpkin porridge because of swelling, or is it because you shouldn’t chew food too hard, so you eat porridge instead? I don’t know that, so I haven’t eaten rice yet. But when I chew things like kimchi, my nose barely moves lol
