I liked that there was no unnecessary recommending or pressure, and the director was soft-spoken and really kind, seriously… Even on the day of surgery, I’m a scaredy-cat and was trembling because I was afraid, but they reassured me, saying they’d make it pretty Angel… It’s settling in now, and I’m satisfied even now!!
