Posting precautions after rhinoplasty~~

This is what was written on the paper the hospital I went to gave me before surgery. This won’t get me in trouble for copyright or anything, right?-_- 1. Please remove the gauze inside the nose the next morning by gently holding the end of the gauze with your hand and pulling it out. If it comes out before then because of sneezing or the like, do not put it back in. If you had surgery to narrow the nasal bones, do not remove the gauze yourself and please visit the clinic the next day. 2. After removing the gauze, apply Fucidin ointment to that area with a cotton swab about 2-3 times a day. 3. When sleeping, please sleep with your pillow elevated. 4. At the visit after 4-5 days, some of the tape on the nose will be removed and the surgical area will be disinfected. Before then, do not remove the tape yourself. 5. For several days after surgery, a little blood may flow out. Since this is a normal process in which blood that pooled during surgery drains out, please gently wipe only the blood that flows downward using cosmetic tissue. 6. At the visit after 7 days, all removable sutures will be removed. 7. From day 8, washing your face and applying makeup are possible. 8. For 3 weeks after surgery, do not let the nose be pressed, do not impact the nose, touch the nose, or try moving it. 9. Sauna, jjimjilbang, peel-off nose packs, massage that presses the nose, strenuous exercise that may strain the nose (swimming, squash..), wearing glasses, etc. are possible from the 3rd week after surgery. 10. Lying down for too long can cause swelling to go down more slowly. 11. Applying a cold compress directly to the nose may injure the nose, so apply compresses only around the face, or it is fine not to do them. 12. Please refrain from alcohol and smoking for 3 weeks after surgery. On my 7th day, while I was going to get my stitches removed, I saw someone on the street with tape on their nose and wearing glasses-_-;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I totally wanted to go stop them, but they passed by so fast-_-; Anyway~ sharing this.
