It’s been a while since I had liposuction and fat grafting, but I’ll leave a review after a long time! Diet? I’d been doing it consistently since my 20s~ I’m the upper-body obesity type.. a protruding belly, lots of back fat and flank fat.. lol Clothes couldn’t hide it My breasts were also spread out to the sides and flat, so they didn’t look great. So honestly, I worried so much about whether to get surgery or not. I debated hundreds of times whether to get breast implants or fat grafting. And when I read reviews, a lot of people said they were disappointed because breast fat survival wasn’t good, so I just kept thinking, should I do it? should I not? I thought, let’s at least go for in-person consultations; you only see as much as you know when you do the legwork! So I got consultations, and a lot of the things I was worried about were resolved. There were also places that turned me away during consultations, saying it wouldn’t work because it was visceral fat! Breast fat grafting doesn’t have a 100% survival rate, but the big point was that I could create natural volume without putting in implants. Surgery = upper body abdomen, flanks, back + breast fat grafting. I chose a clinic that has you wear a compression garment. I wore the compression garment from right after surgery until 3 weeks, and it was so tight around my abdomen and flanks that I almost died from the stuffiness. Crazy.. Trying to put it on after showering was torture.. lol My abdomen still felt strained and painful, but as time passed the swelling went down well, and it really helped prevent the skin from sagging downward. It was hard then, but I still endured it and wore it properly. From 2 months onward, the line in my abdomen came alive and I got a waist lolololol It’s so amazing??? After surgery, that was the first time I switched my bra to a V-fit and bralette, and my size had changed haha From 3 months onward, I started exercising little by little, and now I’ve escaped being chubby in the upper body and became slim. Ribbed T-shirts, slim shirts, even short-sleeve sizes, I wear S... Is this real? For my breasts, the volume settled in naturally to suit my body shape, around a B cup~C cup. After 16 weeks (5 months), the abdomen, flanks, and back fat were cleaned up, so if I don’t say anything, people don’t know I had surgery~~ I wore sleeveless tops a lot in midsummer.. I’m so happy.. But my weight didn’t drop that much. I ate what I wanted but increased my exercise a bit. Looking at the full-length mirror at home, I finally understood why visual body checks matter!! I can’t believe I lived without knowing this all this time... I feel sorry for my body After breast fat grafting, the volume became much more natural and the texture became softer, so if I don’t say anything, people think it was my original natural asset lol My body originally had an inverted-triangle shape, so the balance looked off, but now it’s changed into an S-line!! Now I style myself however I want, wear leggings freely, and confidently take side-profile photos too. What do I do about this increased self-esteem lolololol This is why you save money and invest in yourself!! I can just save again.. Marriage can be later lol At 8 months, the surgical scars weren’t visible and my abdomen was smooth, so I heard a lot from acquaintances that I looked pretty!! People contacted me after seeing my profile photo lololol Before liposuction and fat grafting, they tried to stop me, telling me to exercise first and lose weight first!!! Now everyone says I did well to get it done. After doing abdomen, flank, and back liposuction plus breast fat grafting, my upper-body line is cleaned up and the way clothes fit has changed, so I’m happy!! The downside is that there is some pain and recovery time, so it feels burdensome, but the result is more than worth it, so I hope everyone does a lot of legwork, chooses carefully, and gets good results:)
