Today is day 8 since my surgery.. When I had surgery, they put a cast inside my nose too.. I think it was probably to help shape my nose They removed the stitches at the tip of my nose on day 5, but the stitches inside are still there.. Is it normal not to remove all of them at once, and instead remove them with some days in between?;; And I really had paranasal augmentation and nose surgery together, so I'm under a lot of stress.. Even if it's because the swelling hasn't gone down yet.. my philtrum doesn't move, like it's paralyzed, and my nasal tip is too upturned and doesn't seem like it will come down.. But with this face, when I smile.. I seriously look exactly like an orc.. I smile a lot and like smiling, but I look so awful when I smile that I'm too conscious of it and feel like I'm going crazy They said I should think about revision surgery after 6 months.. Even after 6 months, if I don't like the shape of my nose, I can't get revision surgery for free, right?... Anyone who can help.. I'll be waiting for comments or messages
