My first surgery was incisional, but revision with natural adhesion?

My first surgery was done with an incisional method, but the line has lowered a lot, so I’m planning to get revision surgery to raise the line. I visited 7 clinics, chose one I liked, and was about to put down a deposit, but this clinic recommended revision surgery with the natural adhesion method, so I’m conflicted Since my line lowered even though I had it done by incision, I keep thinking that if I do natural adhesion, it might actually come undone or lower even faster.. But the director said that even with non-incisional surgery (natural adhesion), it seems like the line would come out sufficiently, and because I’m still young, he doesn’t really want to recommend a method like incision that removes skin, leaves worse scarring, and has swelling that lasts longer.. When I said I was worried the natural adhesion might come undone, only then did he say that if I’m worried about it coming undone, incision is the right choice, and that if it’s important that it doesn’t come undone even considering slower swelling reduction and scarring, I should do incision. He did say confidently that he would do the incision as neatly as possible so it scars as little as possible Out of the 7 clinics I visited, 3 said non-incisional surgery was possible, and the others strongly said there was no answer unless it was incision, so I’m conflicted Has anyone had their first surgery by incision and then had revision surgery with natural adhesion??? Please share information

When I was looking into revision surgery too, I saw a lot of cases where people had incision first and then did non-incisional surgery

[@ChocoTree] Really?? But I couldn’t find anyone like me who is raising the line with a non-incisional method If I think about downtime and scarring, of course I’m on the non-incisional side too, but I’m so worried it’ll come undone
