But when I smile, it gets bumpy like in the second photo, so there’s no three-dimensional look and it’s not pretty.. I also want the commonly mentioned aegyo-sal to look softly plump, but in everyone’s view, is this a condition where under-eye fat repositioning would be effective? If there’s a hospital known for under-eye fat repositioning that preserves the aegyo-sal well and cleanly removes only the fat underneath, please let me know in the comments!!

E I heard fat grafting can cause side effects, so I only did repositioning, and I don’t regret it. But I did get wrinkles. Absolutely don’t do it at a place that says they’ll remove it.
