From the front, my face looks broad, and my posterior cheekbones are quite developed, so I’ve wanted to get my cheekbones contoured for a long time. Even at work, I sometimes receive unnecessary misunderstandings because of my impression, so I made up my mind that I should just get the areas that bother me treated. But after I posted last time, many people in the comments said that lower blepharoplasty was more urgent. Since I definitely have hollowness under my eyes, I also think it may be true that it overlaps with my cheekbones and makes me look even more sunken and tired. So what I’m unsure about is whether it would be better to do cheekbone surgery and lower blepharoplasty together at once, or to space them out and do them separately. If I do them at the same time, I think swelling and bruise management may take a long time, but if I do them separately, the burden may be lighter, yet I’d have to go through recovery twice, so it’s tricky. And regarding cheekbone surgery, I still haven’t decided how many types of procedures to do.. Some people are trying to talk me out of it, but in reality they protrude more.. I’m curious whether triple fixation makes a big difference in postoperative stability. I’d be satisfied as long as only my frontal facial width is reduced and my jawline is cleaned up.
