This is already my 3rd nose surgery, and because I originally had such a bulbous nose, I didn't have high expectations even before surgery. Bulbous noses are hard to operate on and usually don't show much effect. Since this is already my 3rd nose surgery, I did it with the feeling that this would really be the last time. I did it together with my forehead. As the title says, for my nose, I had the lowest silicone inserted. I don't like noses that look obviously operated on.... The director also seemed to dislike noses that look surgical. Anyway, that's why we used the lowest one. For the nasal tip, ear cartilage was used. And for my forehead, I had autologous fat taken from my thigh. My thigh still hurts.... How does the surgery look?? I wasn't going to upload photos, but I was so curious about the result, so I'm posting them. It looks better after surgery, right??? It's only day 8, so the swelling will go down more, right? The nasal bridge seems a bit higher, but the nasal tip doesn't look like it became much slimmer... My biggest dissatisfaction is the nasal tip from the front. I really hate how blunt the nasal tip looks from the front.... Will it become slimmer after the swelling goes down.... Please leave honest comments~~~!!! ^-^* My boyfriend said it turned out well, but it feels like he was just saying that.....
