I had my jaw shaved 6 years ago, but there was no frontal effect at all, so I’m planning to go to Thailand this time and have it done again. When I sent photos, the doctors there said that if I do the cheekbones together too, my face will look more three-dimensional. I have very slight side cheekbones, but wouldn’t shaving them actually make my face look flatter? My face is originally wide overall, but will shaving make it slimmer? I also heard that side cheekbone surgery doesn’t help much with making the face slimmer. How is it? They say cheek sagging appears 5 years later. Is that true? Those who have had side cheekbone surgery, especially in Thailand, please give me your honest opinions.
