I had my forehead and nose done yesterday.

What I was worried about was feeling pain during surgery, but really, like a lie, I woke up after everything was over. I don’t remember anything at all. I realized it wasn’t something to be afraid of. My forehead was slightly full in the upper area, but the area right above my eyebrows was sunken. At first I considered fat grafting, but decided to do something permanent, so I put in an implant. But I really wanted a natural look, so the implant was placed to protrude only a little, very unnoticeably. Most of all, the nose. It was slightly humped only when seen from the right side (to a degree people didn’t really notice), and it was short and small. Since it was small overall, the doctor also said he couldn’t raise it much. I said confidently, “Please make it as low as possible! Just enough to make the side line a little more defined than now. Very naturally!” So I had 2.5 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but because my nose is short and lifts upward, they lengthened it in the middle with donated costal cartilage. The pain that night was no joke. I think I barely slept at all. Because I had my forehead done.. My head was so severely dizzy that it was agony whether my eyes were open or closed. I’m sure many people have gone through this, right? If I had only done my nose it might have been a little better,,, but the dizziness from the forehead is truly horrible. I can’t put it into words;;; After getting through that crisis, tonight is the second night.. I took medicine twice, and only now do I feel a bit better.. Still, a little remains I’m curious.. I had it done at ㅅㅅㄹㅇ Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong. The place famous for that nano forehead correction.. But when I look at everyone else who had nose surgery, they all said their noses were packed with cotton so they couldn’t breathe through the nose. Why do I have no cotton and can breathe through my nose very well? It’s completely open, and I don’t feel stuffy at all; Is it because it’s fixed with costal cartilage?? I’m really curious.. And earlier I had porridge, and now I ate a bit of hamburger. Even though I cut it up to eat, I can’t open my mouth wide because I’m worried my nose might not keep its center and could bend.. I’m also doing ice packs while avoiding the nose so the middle doesn’t get pressed, but it’s hard;; The area under my eyes next to the nose is bruising and swelling, so how am I supposed to apply cold compresses;; If anyone knows, please tell me>_< I still can’t believe it, that the surgery is over,,
