Nose Re-Surgery

One month after my first nose surgery, I was told a revision is definite .. please give me some advice

First of all, I live outside Seoul, and since I had surgery in Seoul, I was in a situation where I couldn’t easily go in for visits Around the 2-week mark, I slowly started feeling like my nose was crooked to one side, and after watching it for a bit, I contacted them at week 3. They said they would look at it in detail the following week at my 1-month follow-up, so I said okay. I visited today, and without needing to talk for long, they just admitted it right away and said they would operate again.. I had used donated costal cartilage, and they said it was true that the costal cartilage had warped. They said it’s not something like an early correction, but that they would need to completely reopen it and operate again with new material, and that we should discuss the schedule.. Usually, revision surgery is recommended after at least 6 months, but they said if the crookedness is too stressful, as long as it’s not too close in timing, they’ll try to accommodate the schedule I want as much as possible.. For now, I’m a working person, so even taking another whole week off is stressful, and thinking about going back and forth to Seoul again is the biggest headache... Right now I’m not even having any deep thoughts, and the conversation didn’t even take 20 minutes. We just decided on revision surgery and it ended... I don’t know if there was anything else I should have checked, or if I just came out like an idiot.. Of course, the revision surgery cost is free, but is there anything more I can ask for, or anything I absolutely should talk about? Why did this have to happen to me I’m seriously so annoyed
