Protruding mouth + anterior chin (photos deleted)

I had protruding mouth surgery + anterior chin done on Monday (the 19th), and today is day 4 ~ (by calendar days, day 5..) The director said my lower jaw is the type that protrudes a bit more, and my face is long, so he recommended double-jaw surgery.. But because of the cost, I had protruding mouth surgery and just had my chin adjusted a bit. The swelling is still huge.. (about as much as Kim Ah-joong’s special-effects makeup..??) My body is on the slim side.. but only my face is chubby~ It’s completely funny.. I originally had some fat under my chin.. (I don’t know if it was because of the protruding mouth..) Now.. my face is about like Kim Ah-joong’s special-effects makeup.. If you look only at my face, I look like I weigh around 80 kg -.-;; Other people say they hate eating only porridge and lose their appetite, so they lose weight.. but I love porridge so much I might gain weight -.-; On day 2 after surgery (Wednesday), I removed the tape and started eating porridge. Until day 3 (Thursday), I had a hard time because of nasal congestion, but from day 4 the nasal congestion was almost gone. + By the way, how much does it cost to slightly raise only the nasal tip?? I think my nasal bridge is okay enough.. but the tip is a bit lacking... ㅡㅜ.. I’m planning to pay for this with my own money. In Gangnam or Apgujeong.. Can I do only the nasal tip for 1.2 to 1.5 million won? =ㅅ=;;
