I thought my nose was low and unattractive, so I assumed I absolutely had to put in an implant, but after the consultation, they talked about my skin thickness and nasal bridge height and said implant-free surgery would also be possible. I had been worried because having an implant placed felt burdensome, so it was nice to hear that surgery was possible without using an implant. Since they said they would shape it using only my own cartilage? tissue, I think I’ll feel more at ease, and I’m looking forward to a natural result that doesn’t look obviously surgical.
