No joke, it really hurts

I had surgery today and came back Ah, it really hurts~ My mouth is dry, I removed all the purple bruise marks around my mouth, and it’s all swollen and cracked I had my dorsal hump shaved down and my nasal tip done, and I feel like I’m going crazy~~~ Ah But when you get nose surgery, do you get a lot of runny nose? The runny nose is killing me right now, my nose and blood My nose is blocked with gauze, and when I swallow saliva down my throat, my ears feel blocked and then pop open? I think it’s because the runny nose is blocked and can’t come out from inside, but it should be okay, right? And after taking medicine, the pain is less, thankfully
