A friend told me that after under-eye surgery, it relapsed in less than a year, and she had to do a reoperation. The reviews here are good enough, and I saw posts saying people with protruding infraorbital fat like me had surgeries done well and kept for over a year, so I think the durability will be good too. Anyway, I recommend checking several places in person for under-eye surgery.
