I’m thinking about revision surgery

I originally had double eyelids, but I used double eyelid tape or double eyelid glue every day to make the line bigger than my natural one, for about 4 years. Then I got surgery this time, and it’s been about a month now. Even one week after surgery, the swelling was about this much. On the day of surgery and the next day too, only my upper eyelids were swollen, and the swelling of the line itself was about this much. Below is my old eye with circle lenses, when I didn’t put on double eyelid tape But the line is even thinner than my original double eyelid in the front, and thicker in the back, so one eye has two lines at the end, although it doesn’t show well in the photo.. For the other eye, they said it drooped more, so they removed more sagging skin; maybe because of that, the outer corner of my eye is lifted. My eyes look way too uneven Before surgery, the consultation was rushed (there was an opening, so I had the surgery in a rush). They said if I got epicanthoplasty, my eyes would look too close together, and they didn’t even bring up lateral canthoplasty at all. But looking at my eyes now, I feel like I even developed a Mongolian fold that I didn’t have before the double eyelid surgery, and because of the lifted outer corner, I think I need lateral canthoplasty too. Maybe because they didn’t remove fat, my eyes look too thick, and the lines are uneven and too thin.... My friends say, why did you even get surgery, that before was much better... Whenever I look in the mirror, I seriously don’t want to live, and I think a hundred times a day that I shouldn’t have done it. Yesterday I heard my mom say, “My baby’s eyes were pretty before surgery...” and I almost cried. I used to pick and wear only the circle lenses that made my eyes look the biggest, but now even when I wear small tear lenses, I look like I have dog eyes... They say the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is very narrow. So I don’t even know if revision surgery is possible.... Those who have had revision surgery.. What method is used for the surgery? Mine is an incisional inline double eyelid; is surgery to change it to an outline possible too? If I later go back to the place where I had my eye surgery and ask them to redo it, will they do it for free... This coming 11th, that’s the day after tomorrow. I’m getting rhinoplasty (and after my nose, I won’t have money either) at another hospital. Anyway, when I asked that hospital, they said lateral canthoplasty is not a good surgical method.
