It has been a month and a half since my nose surgery., I did not have an upturned nose before, but after nose surgery, my whole nose looks lifted like a triangular nose. The nasal tip is also too pointy So I am going to have only the nasal tip touched up again. With extension surgery. If I get extension surgery, how much can it come down? Please help
